At this time all Time Trials Categories, Speeds, Divisions, have been SET!!! Official timing cards and sheets have been finalized. There can be no alterations or changes. Unless you are changing partners in the Team Time Trial. If that is the case, write to tdgregistration@satx.rr.com and they will forward you a form. This change will most likely take you out of your age/ability division. If so, you will race in the RIDE FOR TIME division which means that you WILL be listed in the overall standings, but you will not be able to compete for divisional awards by age group.
Packet pickup information IS ON your event website. Please take the time to read the information on your event page before writing to us. This is a very busy time for us right now. Thank you.

Registration Confirmation Problems:
If you registered online but did not receive a confirmation email from active.com then you may have firewall or spam filters in place. You will want to be able to receive future emails from active.com as we will use that database of participant emails for sending information about packet pickup times/locations as well as parking instructions, etc. Contact active.com to help you fix the email notification problem you may be having. Active.com phone number for participant support is 1-877-228-4881. Their email support is support@activenetwork.com
When writing, be sure and mention which event you registered for
the Individual Time Trial (event_id=1975261)
the Two Person Team Time Trial (event_id=1973939)
or the Recreational TOURS (event_id=1976091)
